POT, FSG, CROX, SAVW, AMLM
Potash Corp. (POT:NYSE) Shares have retraced a little bit in this crazy market, despite many feeling that the U.S. Dollar could go lower. So let’s assume the buck sees pressure next week. Where does that leave global demand for Ag products ? Keep an eye on POT, there are some support layers in the 57ish range and the stock has been relatively strong until this last pullback.
Factor Shares 2x Gold Bull Bear S&P 500 (FSG:NYSE) This ETF jumped on the radar in the last two weeks as gold rose and the broader market declined. This ETF is a new breed, and if you like gold and hate the market, then FSG is for you. However, despite FSG making a new high on Friday, it has the feel of an overbought ETF, with too much retail money in it.
Crocs Inc. (CROX:NASDAQ) Shares of this specialty footwear maker have done nothing but go higher since the acquisition of Timberland (TBL:NYSE). The price action on (CROX:NASDAQ) has obviously been strong, but shares look a little toppy and a pause for refresh could be necessary. Especially if this market tanks early in the week.
Savwatt (SAVW:OB) We frequently feature the green friendly SAVW on our stocks to watch list because of it’s cult following in the IHUB message boards. However, aside from the message board activity, there is not much action from longs in the name. Penny stock scalpers seem to have avoided the tease of a potential bounce. SAVW needs a rally soon, or it could it could become a penny stock graveyard stock.
American Lithium Minerals (AMLM:OB) AMLM is another name that was formerly a hot penny stock. However, shares are dead right now and are trading near 52 week lows. The best reason to add AMLM to your penny stock watch list is for a sympathy move. For instance, if there is another hot lithium stock promo, shares of AMLM could go along for the ride. So for now, add AMLM to your penny stock list on a just in case basis.
